Jimmy "Mr. Cool" Mariano
Jaime L. Mariano (born March 19, 1942), also known as Jimmy "Mr. Cool" Mariano, is a former Filipino basketball player and coach.

Mariano was born in Malabon, Rizal, Philippines. Standing 6'4", he played the forward and center positions. He played for Concepcion Industries in the Manila Industrial and Commercial Athletic Association, and later, the Philippine Basketball Association after the team moved there. He also had stints with PBA teams 7-Up and Filmanbank.

Mariano also appeared at the Olympic Games as a member of the country's national basketball team. Mariano was the flag bearer of the Philippines at the 1972 Summer Olympics He also coached Red Bull in the Philippine Basketball League and Presto in the Philippine Basketball Association, where he guided the team to the 1990 PBA All-Filipino Cup championship.
